At Fresenius Medical Care, we want dialysis to fit your lifestyle. For many patients, that could mean receiving dialysis at home.
The UltraCare at home® Home Dialysis Program is designed to deliver all the services dialysis patients need to ensure their success at home. These services include access to clinical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; continuous education and support from nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other members of the dialysis team; and technical support for dialysis equipment.
Fresenius UltraCare at home® Dialysis Centers provide a welcoming environment for dialysis patients to learn how to administer dialysis treatments at home. The design elements of these facilities create a comfortable atmosphere to help put patients at ease. Patients and their caregivers are trained in all aspects of peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis. In addition to initial training, Fresenius UltraCare at home® centers provide ongoing care, where home dialysis patients will come for periodic doctor visits, lab tests, and to meet with their dialysis healthcare team.
